If you would like to return your purchase from frownies.co.uk  you may do so within 30 days for a refund. If you placed the order online, you must pay the cost of returning goods. .
To return orders placed online, please email sales@frownies.co.uk within 30 days of the receipt of your order and return the products to the address shown in the  form that came with your order. Please quote your order number and postcode. Your order number can be found within your account.

Your refund will be processed, once it has been delivered to our location and within 3 working days of arriving back to us. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment.
